9.1. Any contractual or legal relationship between you and RHK Legal will be concluded in English.

9.2. All notices shall be given by e-mail to us at info@chinabizexchange.cn  or, to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide during the registration process (if any). Notice will be deemed received 24 hours after e-mail is sent or 3 days after the date of posting.
所有向我方发出的通知均须以电子邮件的方式发送至info@chinabizexchange.cn，向贵方发出的通知应发送至贵方在注册阶段所提供的电子邮件或者其它邮政地址。所有以电子邮件发出的通知应在发出后24小时视为收到，以邮寄方式发出的通知应在寄出后三天视为收到。
9.3. These Terms (together with any variations to them pursuant to section 2) form the entire agreement between the parties concerning your access to, browsing and/or use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, understandings and representations made between us (whether written or oral) concerning the Site.

本协议任何条款都没有或者不得构成贵我双方任何种类的合伙关系或者合资关系，亦没有授权贵我双方任何一方以另一方代理人的身份行事。任何一方均无权以另一方的名义或者代表另一方或者以其它的形式以任何方式约束另一方（包括但不限于做出任何陈述或保证、承担任何责任或者义务或者行使任何权利或者权力）。
9.6. If the whole or any part of any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason the same shall be severed from these Terms and rendered ineffective so far as is possible without modifying the remaining provisions of these Terms and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions.
如果本协议任何条款的全部或者部分无效、违法或者不可执行或者变为无效、违法或者不可执行，该条款应在需要的范围内且在尽量不改变本协议其它条款的情况下，视为自本协议中分离并不具有效力，且不得影响其它条款的有效性和可执行性。
9.7. No waiver by RHK Legal of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach and RHK Legal shall not be affected by any delay, failure or omission to enforce or express forbearance granted in respect of any of your obligations.
任何RHK Legal放弃追究对贵方违反本协议任何条款的违约行为不的视为RHK Legal放弃追究贵方之前或者之后的违约责任。RHK Legal不得因为迟延、未能或者由于疏忽而未能要求贵方履行义务或者本协议条款明确授予的摒弃或者放弃执行贵方义务的行为而受到影响。
9.8. The rights and remedies of RHK Legal under these Terms are independent, cumulative and without prejudice to its rights under the law.
RHK Legal在本协议中享有的权利和救济系独立的累积的，且不影响其根据法律享有的权利。
9.9. These Terms are not intended to create and shall not create any rights, entitlements, claims or benefits enforceable by any third party.
本协议条款没有也不得为任何第三方创造任何具有可执行性的权利、诉求或者利益。
9.10. These Terms and/or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Chinese Hong Kong law and the Hong Kong Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise.
本协议条款和/或贵方就本网页的使用受中国香港法律管辖并依据其予以解释，中国香港法院对任何由此产生的争议具有专属的、排他性的管辖权。
